 5. Free Consultation Bookings

5.1 Consultation Purpose

Free consultations scheduled through this Site are brief exploratory conversations to determine if our services might be a good fit for your needs. These consultations:

- Do not constitute therapy or treatment

- Are not confidential in the same manner as formal therapy sessions

- Are limited to approximately 15 minutes

- May be conducted via phone or video call

 

5.2 Cancellation and No-Show Policy

- You may cancel or reschedule your consultation at least 24 hours in advance

- Failure to attend a scheduled consultation without prior notice may result in being unable to schedule future consultations

- We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule consultations as needed

 

5.3 No Guarantee of Services

A free consultation does not guarantee that we will accept you as a client or that our services will be available to you. Acceptance depends on various factors including clinical appropriateness, licensure requirements, and availability.

 

6. Blog and Content

6.1 Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the property of Curatesse, LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws.

 

6.2 Limited License

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content on this Site for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

Corinne Arlès is licensed to practice therapy in Texas, New York, and Florida. Any therapeutic services provided will comply with the laws and regulations of the state in which services are rendered. Services may only be provided to clients physically located in states where the therapist holds an active license.
